Fi is best described as dependable. I used to think I handled the media dept pretty well until Fi got hold of it! She’s a great media planner buyer but most of all she has the ability to maintain brilliant relationships with media owners and clients – they know that she’s always available, always willing to put in the effort and always results focused. The business is where it is thanks to her contribution.
Phil annoys me. Creatively talented with a great commercial mind. (Rare these days) – he’s pretty good at cricket also. Phil knows that whatever the studio produces it HAS to be effective in creating interest and generating sales for all our clients whether that means press advertising, direct mail or online solutions.
It wouldn’t be rude to say Fran is an expert Housekeeper! It’s not just about when clients should pay or when we should pay our suppliers – it’s more about ensuring communication with everyone results in happy clients and happy trading partners. Fran finds time to manage our database as well as taking on the role of office manager. A real multi-tasker.

A Capetonian export who is our coder, on-line marketer and PPC specialist who has a design bent thrown in for good measure! Website design, build and management is key for RAW’s development as an integrated agency. Gav brings great experience and knowledge to the party.
I think Chiara was born with a smile on her face – and that is how she approaches all her work! A welcome addition to the team, she has already shown she is a lady of many talents! Her design and organisational skills are exceptional and in a very short period of time has become a key member of the studio.
The talent that is Toby! At 19 a man who is demonstrating that learning and working in the studio environment pays huge dividends to both employee and employer. As they say – watch this space – we could be onto a winner!
