Woods Supplements have been producing mail order vitamins since 1981. They wanted to update their brand image without alienating their loyal customers.
Apart from creating a new logo and brand look we also completely refreshed their marketing collateral including new pot artwork. Their monthly catalogue is a vital way for them to reach exisiting customers with new products and offers – we redesigned it (including changing the format) which has increased response and improved customer retention.
We also spearheaded a continuous HTML email campaign to help showcase new products and offers. This has helped Woods Supplements react quickly to news stories and capitalise on customer interest.
