What we collect
When you contact us through our contact form, by email or by phone, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, company, phone number and your message.
When you visit the website, we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. Some of this is collected using cookies, which are explained below.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about our services. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or because you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website secure and working properly. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable website.
- To understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising. We do this with your consent, which you give or refuse in our cookie banner.
We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job:
- our website hosting provider
- Microsoft, who provide our email
- Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Google Ads)
We may also share information if the law requires us to.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the protections UK data protection law requires, such as adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up conversations. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that’s wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict or stop using your information, or object to how we use it
- ask us to send your information to another organisation
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it
